Switches Plus Pty. Ltd. is a major supplier of electromechanical switches and switching devices, Visual Display components, Connectors, Enclosures, Power and Protection components and a range of active and passive electronic components and related products to the electronic and electrical industries.

This is the scope of our Quality Management System.

Our prime objective is to supply products that meet our customers’ needs. The company, management and employees recognize that Quality is a company wide responsibility that must be shared by all. The company is committed to implementing and maintaining accreditation to ISO9001:2008, continually improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System and compliance to any relevant regulatory requirements. The company has the following business objectives:

• annual turnover to increase by 5% per annum over next 5 years
• to minimize monthly average percentage of error to 0.5%
• to achieve and maintain ISO 9001:2008 accreditation
• to strive for improvement in all areas of our business
• to achieve employee participation and commitment in bringing about continual improvement in all facets of our business
• to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction

The framework for establishing and reviewing Quality Objectives are via Management Review Meetings and other similar forums. This Quality Policy shall be reviewed regularly at Management Review Meetings. Design, development and customer property are excluded from our Quality Management System due to the nature of our business.

This policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the organisation. Sufficient resources are provided for these purposes.
