Introducing Cost-Effective 3.5" Outdoor-Viewable TFT Displays from OSD
Winter Park, FL, USA - May 6th, 2007 - OSD Displays is excited to introduce its latest LCD innovation - a new high-brightness 3.5” LCD including LED backlighting. A completely new standard is its popular 3.5” landscape orientation TFT display with Micro-reflectivity (TMR) film enhancement built in. The TMR film adds enhanced performance in sunlight to standard Transmissive panels. TMR technology adds as little as 2% reflectivity to panels designed with Transmissive characteristics providing functionality in otherwise impossible conditions. This display features a digital RGB 18-bit TTL interface standard and offers a a vibrant 280 nit brightness (including touch panel) at 300:1 contrast. Viewing angles for this design offer a wide 65/65/45/65 viewing cone (L/R/U/D). The ultra-compact design measures only 78.2 x 65.0 x 4.6 mm (including touch panel) (LxWxD) and a temperature range documented at -10 to +60*C operational temperature.
