Introduction
Bravely meeting the demands of among the harshest of application environments, Winmate has developed a level of anti-shock and anti-vibration technologies meeting with even the highest of industrial standards. With the careful selection of high-tech materials such as butyl rubber, ENR, high damping silicone and SBR perfectly complemented with the an optimised mechanical design, Winmate have acheived a level of compliance rarely seen in LCD-based technology. |

Technology/ Function Diagrams |
1. Vibration Test
The purpose of vibration test is to check the mechanical resonance in all 3 directions (X, Y and Z). With the testing result our mechanical engineers can optimize the design and make the product most reliable for the usage. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function.

2. Shock Test
The purpose of shock test is to check how rugged the design is in all 3 directions (X, Y and Z). With the testing result our mechanical engineers can optimize the design and make the product most reliable for the usage. During and after this procedure the product needs to be 100% functional and no mal-function. |

Our Know-How |
The right choice of high quality components, high tech material and mechanical design is our core competence. Of course, related know-how about the assembling, connecting, and mounting is a necessity too. |
Benefits |
- Thanks to these standard testing procedures, Winmate’s products are very reliable and durable.
- Possible problems may be detected during testing and can be solved by changing designs or materials thereafter so as to prevent from failure in mass production.
